You and your staff are the best!

As I sat and waited to have an oil change done on my vehicle, I have pondered more than once, on the efforts that you as a company put in, to make sure the customers get the same great service. On my visit to your shop yesterday, when your staff member heard that I am from Elmira, and would need to wait a few hours, (as the brake fluid also needed to be changed) he got 2 employees to do the job to lessen my waiting time. And at that, they took their lunch break later to accommodate me! You and your staff are doing a very good job!

Being a business owner myself, I know the effort it takes to keep staff motivated. If you care to share how you do it, please let me know.

Excellent service writers (Bob & Andrew); courtesy, knowledge, responsiveness. I have two hondas that I regularly get serviced at the dealership; I appreciate that the dealership acknowledges my business; a few minor items were addressed without charge (no "nickel & diming" !).

I have been taking my Honda to another Dealer for the past 5  1/2 years and by comparison, you folks have much to be proud of!From the first discussion that I had with Bob and subsequently with Blair, I was very impressed. Believe me, it's only customer satisfaction that keeps a dealership.... 02/12/2016

To whom it may concern,Bob notified me to book an appointment to have both air bags of my car replaced at a specific time. When I arrived at the dealership I was looked after immediately and given an estimated time of completion. This time was held, job was done and I have to say Bob was very cordial and kept me abreast of everything throughout the time I was there.I worked as a vehicle salesman in the local area for almost 20yrs. I've know a lot of service reps and have had many dealings with them regarding my own customers. Believe me, it's only customer satisfaction that keeps a dealership  running and that satisfaction has to come from all concerned no matter which entity of the company is doing something for the customer. Bob certainly fits the bill and would be a definite asset to any company he works for.Sincerely,

I was 100% satisfied with the service i received. The technical adviser, Andrew, was extremely professional, diligent, courteous and thorough. He patiently explained all the issues with my car to me. He went above and beyond in ensuring that my car was well serviced. Very excellent service.

I wanted to say a great big "Thank You" for all the great service that I have been getting from Kitchener Honda over the past 6 years.  Whenever I call to book an appointment Blair always does his best and usually succeeds in getting me an appointment for the next day first thing in the morning which works great for me.  I also want to comment on the gentlemen that drive me to and from work, they are always so nice and friendly.  I couldn't imagine dealing with any other car dealership, thanks again for a great 6 years and looking forward to many more.
