Regarding the current concerns and physical distancing surrounding the novel COVID-19 virus, Kitchener Honda is OPEN and has taken all precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We are committed to following the advice and direction of our public health officials.


As of May 19th, Kitchener Honda's Sale Department will be open from Monday-Thursday 9:00am-8:00pm and Friday/ Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. We are open to the public, and with that in mind we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure you have a safe visit by:

  • No more than 12 customers allowed inside the showroom at a time to ensure best practice of social distancing
  • No more than 2 people per group are allowed inside the dealership at a time
  • All vehicle touch-points will be disinfected before and after handling a vehicle
  • Our Showroom will be disinfected daily to ensure a safe environment
  • Alcohol-based sanitizer stations will be through out the dealership

Kitchener Honda has taken considerable measures to ensure the safety of our Staff and Customers during these unprecedented times. We have implemented a new procedure for the time being to adhere to health professionals and the Government for best social distancing practices.

We recommend bringing your own pen for any required signatures to decrease any points of contact.

At this time, there is no shuttle service available for all vehicle servicing needs due to the recommendation by public health officials. We recommend dropping off your vehicle but we have opened our waiting room for service customers. We do ask that you come alone to accommodate best practices of social distancing in our showroom and waiting room.
